Default Back problems in S2000

So I have a bad herniation in my back, physical therapy, decompression and just did an epidural the other day. So far as it sits now (stock) it doesn't bother my back when driving, stiff clutch doesn't help though -_- I wanted to do the suspension with a mild drop, should I be looking for a softer or stiffer set up? I won't be doing anything other than daily driving and my other car is a SRT4 and it isn't a daily, so don't say drive a different car lol.
A guy is selling some brand new BC coils with 10k spring rate, should I be looking for something different? I just don't want to be bounced around or feel every jolt in my ass going up to my back. Should I be looking in to a different seat maybe?

If any of this helps...

Eibach springs with the Showa oem dampers are very highly rated
BC will certainly not help your back problem
some people do put 8 kgs on them to help soften thing up

Sorry I forgot to say I wanted adjustable coilovers, no spring/shock setups. Should I be looking in to some pss9's then?

If you can do anything to keep up your abdominals it will really help the back.

Maybe consider different seats sometime down the road, Clazzio seat covers add a bit of padding to the OEM seats, hard to say if that will help or hurt your condition though. There aren't many suspensions softer than stock, some people running Koni shocks say that the softest setting is softer than stock, but performance might not be so great bouncing around all over the place.

I've had 2 SRT4's , I really liked both of them

You have back problems, and you drive a sportscar with relatively stiff stock suspension, which amazingly does not aggravate your condition, and you want to modify the suspension because???

Why not leave it stock and not risk turning the car you love into a car you can't drive?

The only thing that will aggravate my back is lifting anything heavy. I sit, walk, stand, drive fine. I'm not a 60 year old man, I enjoy modifying my cars and I don't like the fender gap. I'm pretty sure if the suspension I chose caused discomfort I can easily switch it back to stock, you know you can do that right? But I would like to have a starting point first... If I wanted to leave it stock I wouldn't have made a post about aftermarket suspension, you took time out of your day to respond to nothing I asked about, why didn't you just say sell the car and get something more comfortable -_-

Cadillac is making some nice cars lately , j/k

I've got Bilstein PSS coilovers, commonly known as being some of the more comfortable coilovers out there, but they are still stiffer than stock. The PSS9's will allow you adjust shock settings so you might be able to dial in a bit more comfort.

Actually I've come to realize the softer the surface the more uncomfortable things feel, like sitting on a stiff couch compared to a soft pleather, I actually enjoy laying on the floor compared to my bed... I think the OEM seats may be the best thing for me as I haven't had a problem sitting in them. I run a spring/shock setup on the SRT and it rides great, I just want something adjustable and dunno which direction I should be going with to start, figured one person with an s2k has to have a back problem. But I'll stay away from the 10k BC's. I see a lot of people say the KW V3 are very close (if not better) to stock. I've read good things on the pss9's also, what kind of spring rates should I be looking for?
