Default BBK fitment?

Can anyone confirm, is there a 6 pot front BBK that will clear 17" wheels? As far as I knew I thought all the 6 pot kits had a requirement of at least 18" diameter wheels. Am I wrong? Someone was telling me there was a Wilwood 6 pot BBK that didn't require 18" wheels and that didn't sound correct to me...

All the 4 pot BBKs should fit under 17" wheels as long as the offset allows, correct?

pistons or pots don't always dictate wheel diameters as much as diameters of the rotor. wilwood 6 pots, j's racing, rotora are some that are 6 pots that fit under 17"s.

Not really. My winter set of brakes for Evo is Greddy with 330 mm rotors and 6 piston calipers. Using stock 17" wheels. I could even use some 16" Compomotives BTW. So... "It depends" (c) Capt Obvious
