Default BC BR coilover spring seat setting

I have the above coilover setup in my car, but I have one question. I know that the spring seat set of rings should be tightened enough that the spring shouldn't be able to love inside the sick unit when at full extension.

However I'm wondering should there be any tension put on the rear spring in this scenario. And if so is there a way to work out how much

I've read hand tight, hand tight plus 3 turns, + 5 and + 8 turns.

Is it all down to personal preference?

Thanks for your input
Bob

Thanks for that. Sheds a lot of light.

Cheers!
