The standard rates of 10k|10k should be perfect for daily driving. Having a stiff coilover is subjective to the user. But obviously going from OEM suspension to coilovers will feel more stiff. Just the nature of having a more aggressive shock and different spring rates.

What did you end up going with if you don't mind me asking? Im stuck in the same dilemma as the cost is essentially the same. I have read mixed reviews on the bc racing Extreme low setups..

Hi guys finally got my set with 12k/10k spring rate, its goin to sit on 18x9.5 non-staggered setup. Any damper settings recommended for low sitting daily car ?

The original poster seemed happy with his 12k/12k.

You're probably better off starting your own thread than bumping this super old one.

Try and provide more detail. Aero, tire sizing, mods, etc.
