Best Front Upper Strut Bar for the money
So I'm in the market for a strut bar. I know quite a few companies make them and I've taken a look at some of them already. I personally like a 1 piece bar with no joints for more rigidity. So far I have these options in mind and was hoping to get your opinions.
Option 1: Password JDM 2 point strut bar. Around $165, but not so sure about the material and quality..I think is made out of bronze..
Option 2: Do-Luck FUSB, a bit more expensive and out of production, probably very hard to find..
Option 3: ASM GT FUSB. Much more expensive, but looks like a great bar..
Also keepind in mind the DC Sport one. If there's any other you'd recommend let me know what you guys think would be a nice 1 piece FUSB for its money.

very nice bars, ive heard password jdm makes reliable products for suspension relations on the S.
ive owned the 3-point X brace, similar to your last option from passwordjdm for my ek hatch in the past. noticable difference but not that much.
id say your best bet is prolly between 1 and 3.
ps - wth do the 2 points on the X part in option 3 bolt down on the s2k bay?

Yes, I though about the DC one also. However, I think I've found just the right bar for my car. A member here makes them and looks very much like the ASM GT, except the price is much better. His name is S2X, check him out in the suspension forum.

can you post a pic of his strut bar here? and price?
also, i machine (make) front bumpsteer spacer kits, and halfshaft spacers.
i sell them for less than half the price of name brand, and i fully warrant them.

^Really? Hmm..I thought they'd make the front even stiffer just as they had did on my previous cars, but then again they were all front wheel drive, so you may be right I guess..
PRB2000, here's the sale thread on the S2X bar:

its not that the s2k is a rwd car, its the suspension setup and also the fact that there is already a giant metal support beam in front of the engine to stiffen up the front end already.
