Default Best Track Oriented Coilovers

Looking for information on the best track oriented coilovers. Im 17x9 255 all around on re11s. My budget is 2.5k but less is better. I've been looking at kw v3s, ohlins dfr, and hks hypermax iv sp. I've noticed some reviews that the hks hypermax iii outperformed kw v3s, there is no info on hypermax iv sp. I know the iv gt is supersoft for street but sp series is supposed to be more for track. Also ive read the ohlins are a really nice setup too. The price for v3s and ohlins are now the same. Any ideas? Maybe some other suggestions?

900lb springs are too stiff for my setup. I don't have enough aero to need that stiff of a setup

the hipermax iv sp also comes with 900 lb springs, so if the eibach is too much, then this would also be too much:

I would also consider the kw clubsport too
kw v3 ~470 lbs spring > ohlins ddv 571 lbs spring > clubsport 571 lbs spring

Club sports are a bit out of the price range. I pretty much ruled out hks because it's very hard to find someone to rebuild them. The kw v3s i think are a bit too strest oriented for what i want. Im thinking ohlins.

I've tracked both the KWV3 and the DFV, I liked the KWV3 more but I am faster on the DFV but I am probably faster due to seat time vs shock differences.

With your budget, I would highly recommend Ohlins. I daily drive my HiperMax IV SP daily.

Do you not like the HKS for daily driving? How do they perform at the track? I only ask because I am considering the two myself but I do not daily my S. It is mostly for spirited driving and track use.

It seems like for the price the HKS is a much better bang for your buck. Motoiq reviewed them and had nothing but good things to say.
