Brake pads touching
Hello, I just recently bled my brake fluid, gravity method, and replaced my pads with OEM pads. This is my first time to do brake pads and one thing i noticed is all the brake pads touch the rotors even without brakes or e-brake being applied, is this normal? Are they supposed to be slightly touching?
Couple things to add, I forgot to grease the two caliper bolts, not sure if thats a big deal or not, and i also didn't pay attention to putting the piston back to the + position, I just rotated until there was enough room to fit on the rotor.
Ive driven the car and everything seems okay, but I'm not sure if its just the paranoia or what but maybe my car has a bit of hesitation? I like to think i did everything correctly but I'm not sure, I added brake grease to the back of the brake pads shims.

It is normal for them to touch, as long as they are not placing friction on the rotor or grabbing it in any way.
I would grease the pins, it will keep the calipers from binding later down the road.
I would put the rear pistons in the correct orientation otherwise they will bind on the metal nub that is on the inside pad and it could possibly put excess pressure on the pad and rotor.
