Default Brakes seizing

Every spring when I take out the S2K out of storage the front brakes are seized on. They are taken apart and the calipers cleaned and greased but it happens every year!
If new pads, discs and calipers needed what are best options? Very occasionally taken on track days.

Are you storing it in a wet/damp location? Putting it away after washing without drying the brakes out? I've been storing mine for 6 months every year since 2003 with no brake issues. In fact, I still have the original pads and rotors from 2003 in my car.

To answer your question, I've heard from others that Centric Premium rotors are a good choice on the S2000. (I've used them on other cars and have been very happy.) I'll defer to others for pad recommendations.

Car is garaged dry but live in a damp part of the UK (isn't it all!).
