Caliper issues
So I have an 04 s2k my front left caliper was sticking, I checked to make sure no lines were kinked or crushed and ended up throwing a new caliper on it. Not even an hour with the new left front caliper on it now the right front is sticking! I don't want to go spend another $100 on a caliper if I don't need too. I don't see how anything else could effect it like the master cylinder. Any one ever had an issue like this?
No play in the hub?
What did inner vs outer pad wear look like? Did you swap/regrease slide pins? Does the piston retract smoothly with a c-clamp or is there resistance?
Check to see if the wheel speed sensor has anything on it that may interfere with the sensor signal. If caliper checks out ok, try loosening the line to the caliper from the ABS modulator to see if that frees up the caliper. You will lose some fluid doing this.
