Top nut on the shocks tight? Do you have an aftermarket swaybar?

If you take it to honda I bet $100 they say its because the car is lowered and don't bother actually looking at it.

Disconnect sway bar link and see I'd noise goes away

Could be upper shock mount

had a clunk in the drivers rear due to the spring sitting incorrectly, but the spring eventually lost the battle and settled.

other times when i had clunks were due to either subframe being loose or LCA.

does the clunking occur when you're braking or hitting constant road bumps?

It will drive as usual, except without the help from the sway bar. Just don't tool on it as the handling characteristics will be different.

We are talking metal clunk or regular clunk?

My buddy club top nut on the pillow ball worked loose. It's the one on the adjuster not the one that holds the shock to the car

Otherwise check the sway bar. Disconnect one side and tie it somewhere so it won't hit anything.
