Which coil overs please anyone
Hello everyone I'm looking for the best coil overs for my 02 S2K. What I want from it is great handling, a nice look from it being lowered and it being a little stiff. Price range I can afford at the moment is around $1,000 Any ideas on whats good be great thanks all. Also I'm rolling on stock wheels if it makes a difference.

Keep saving your money....
Fortune Auto w/ Swift spring upgrade is around $1300, and that's probably the best bang for your buck. If you're gonna track the car more than a few times a year, you may want to save up for KW v3s.

Skip all this and save your money. Get some driving experience, buy better tires. Then come back when you've done that for a year and we can talk.
Seriously, you are just wasting your money.
In the $1000 price range, all the coil overs basically suck the same, so It won't really matter what you get.
I don't think that's a wise investment of $1000.
So, fill us in if you have a lot of experience, and maybe I'll change my tune.

the cheapest option is to simply replace your factory shocks with koni for 500 bucks - they have a dual perch for lowering and unlike after market springs the drivers side front on your oem springs is slightly longer which means your car will sit perfectly on all corners.
If you are going with 17's also pick up 4 spc offset ball joints to correct your roll centers so the car will still have excellent handling.
If you are going to go with full coil overs save your pennies for KW's or order a fitted set of the new eibachs in a spring rate that works for you.
