Coilover question
Koni/GC and Bilstein PSS/9 aren't meant to slam cars. He says he also wants stiff springs to keep the tires off the fenders instead of using camber.
The PSS is a nice system....but soft. Koni/GC would work for him...if he plans on riding fairly high up.
I think he's also saying that Taiwanese/Chinese based brands are on sale in Sweden. I'm surprised Öhlins isn't offering a neighbor-discount

Well Im not planning to slam the car. Just to get it to like 1 finger gap.
And speaking of Öhlins, they are actually cheaper in the states than they are here in Sweden..
I think that BC is the ones that has the best rep overall since they are'nt the same as the ksport/d2/megan appears to be.
So in the end, "you get what you pay for". Feels like the discount on the ksports are there for a reason

Edit:
Have been in contact with a store that sells these coilovers, and they said that the top mounts they have for the s2k is Aluminum tops.
Isnt that the same as "rubber tops"?
Rubber is not the same as aluminum.
Aluminum top mounts are made from aluminum.
The stock ones are made from steel.
The stock ones have rubber isolators and steel reinforced rubber bushings.
The aftermarket ones may have a spherical metal bushing (pillowball), polyurethane bushing, or rubber bushings. They may or may not have rubber isolators.
