Default Coilover recommendations?

I'm in the process of changing my set up on my car. I'm trying to build a nice daily driver but also handle good and handle good on track days. I've been researching and I was going to go with kw variant 2, tein mono flex, or bilstein pss9. I'm not trying to spend a million dollars on a set of coilovers though. Does anyone have any of these or does anyone have a daily driven track car and have any suggestions on a set of coilovers?

I'm doing the same thing, and I think I'm going with the KW V3s. PM Gruppe-s & see what their prices are. The V3s may not be that far off what the Tein's are.

Hope this helps

I have the pss9 and i love them the ride was softer than factory at least it seemed that way which was great for the daily but i wanted something that was more assertive. Now there revalved and running swift 12k and 10k springs and i couldnt be happier. doing that would put them out of your price range.

bilstein pss9 for daily driving comfort. good quality, too.

kw v2's and v3's are nice, but expensive.

Hks hipermax 3 is excellent on the track, but bone jarring on the street.

all the coilovers in the $900-$1100 range - buddy clubs, apexi, d2, etc - are all about the same.

btw - oem suspension handles great on the track.

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&t...&aqi=&aql=&oq=

VEX MOTORSPORTS seems to have them for a great price and only adds on 30$ for shipping they sent them out in about 3 days wich i thought was super fast.

let me know what you end going with, they have a great price on v1 v2 v3s

I have the Monoflex and the SRC's. The monoflex are pretty amazing for both track and street. They are very comfortable for DD, and then stiffen them up and they are perfect for the track. Can't go wrong with them. I also have the SRC's I just installed and did a track day with them and WOW, they are incredible. They are pretty tight for DD, but I am still trying to find the right settings for DD. But well worth what they cost.
