Default Coilover Spring Rates

ive owned my s2000 for maybe 2 months and ive never owned a FULL COILOVER setup.
Its mostly my daily with the occasional auto-x. I was wondering what spring rates i should be looking for.

What coilovers are you looking at? What springrates do they come with?

I currently have KW V3's and they came with 515lbs front and rear. I just put 650lbs front and rear and the ride i think is better. I dont need to have the bump adjusted full stiff to avoid bottoming out and rolling over to much while auto-x'ing.
