Thumbs up Spring rate recommendation

I recently purchased a set of Ground Control coilovers and Koni Yellows for my S2000. When I placed the order, I wasn't asked what spring rates I wanted. GC ended up making the spring rates 325 front / 375 rear. There is a GB thread for these GC coilovers and I noticed that most people are recommending 375 front / 325 rear.

I am looking for confirmation that I need to have the springs swapped so that they are 375 front / 325 rear. Thanks in advance!

I am going with 375 F and 324 R with the Koni's.

As are most of the people I have seen. I wonder why Ground Control is recommending the opposite setup.

Probabaly becase stock 00-01 and 04+ cars have a slightly stiffer rear spring rate. BTW, the spring sizes should be the same so you can just flip front to back if you want to change which side is stiffer.
