14/12 is a setup that I tried because I thought, "yeah this should work, no?"

And ...yeah it works really well on the track. It's for sure a little choppy on the road (FA500 dampers). But...I live in the midwest. In California, it should be like silk.
I went with the 510 Dampers and 12k/10k since I do more street driving than track/autocross. I got the swift springs, slightly different valving from the THM guys specs and the aluminum bodies. All shipped for $1900 in 2019 from my guy.
They do work very well, in comparison to the Ohlins I would says it's 8.5/10 as good on street & Ohlins are 8.5/10 as good on track/autocross as them.

One of the more well known build threads had them before upgrading to JRZ's and said they dyno-ed similar to Motons.

The 510s don't feel nearly as choppy as the 500s, a good friend of mine got 500s used free and rebuilt for cheap. They are not bad but if you want more later you can easily upgrade.
