Default CR master cylinder different?

The CR has a different part number for the master cylinder. Does anybody know if it is because it
has a different sized piston bore?

2002 model

honda's estore is showing 46100-S2A-A51 for 06 s2000. i'm going to guess all 06+ will have the same part number, CR or base.

So, same question!

Does anybody know the difference?
If the master shafts are different sizes then it may help those of us that want to put together a big brake kit.
Finding the right caliper is easy, finding a master cyl to fine tune it to get the same stock pedal feel is the damn challenege.
