Default D2 stuck on hard

hello,

i have installed D2 coil overs a year ago , which came with keys to adjust the softness and hardness, the ride seemed too bouncy for normal driving so i taught of making it softer, the long key thingy worked fine on 3 coil overs but my driver side coil over does not seem to be adjusting, the key just spins freely and because of that 3 suspension is in soft setting and one is in full hard setting,

what could be causing the key to spin freely ? and how do i fix it????

Might want to change your title.. Sounds like you have a boner for D2.

As far as your problem, if it's not something very obvious, you're probably going to have to take it to someone who will be able to open the shock body and replace the broken part

Yes, if the shock is opened, you will lose the gas. It might have a stripped key hole as well.

well used WD40 and seemed to get the key to move but its like there is no ending to the rotations , no clicks can be hard.

could there be some thing broken which is making the key to make endless rotations??
