Default Difficulty removing lower control arm?

I have been replacing my worn out compliance bushes, however i have had big issues getting the bolts out as everything has seized, its a 2001 car so possibly not been touched in many years.

I have managed to get the front bush (horizontal) one out.

But i cannot get the rear (vertical) one out, i have got the actual bolt out, and the nut at the top i got loose, so its just the tube thing that goes through the bush to get out.

If i put a wrench onto the bottom nut on the tube, it does spin with a fair bit of effort, so it can't be completely seized.

But i cannot find a way to lever it out?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get these out?

I don't really want to cut them out, as they are stupidly expensive in the UK!!

Cheers for any advice.

Heat or reciprocating saw are your options.
A ton of related Geo bolt posts on here and common on the "S" as never greased from new

Lube the new parts!

Antiseize (maybe you call it something else over there) on the bolt shaft, cam tube thing, bolt head face, washer, etc.

Be sure to align arrows on new compliance bushing with the 'axle' of the front bushing.

If you do not have a shop press, I wrote a DIY on how to change compliance bushing using a ball joint C clamp press and an easy home made mandrel. Search for it...
