Judging by your name you want to be really low. I'm running the type 2s and I like them, they have 32 dampness levels so you can adjust them to your liking. I'm pretty low so I have them at the stiffest setting so I don't bottom out and even then my ride quality is really good. At least in my opinion.

These are great budget coilovers. They daily well and have a wide range of dampening to suit your needs. I DD with them and love the way they perform. 2+ years and they still ride well

Hi, just nit-picking here but I think folks will appreciate the slight correction and knowledge for the future. The correct term is damping, and not dampening, dampness or dampering (as I've seen in the past).

Along the same lines, the most "ways" in which a damper can be adjusted is 4. The number of levels will typically refer to the degree to which a particular "way" of damping adjustments can be made (low speed rebound, high speed rebound, low speed compression, high speed compression).

Set ups as in how the car sits or the actual suspension setup it self?

Crappy iPhone pic but heres one, there ls way more to go. You could lay frame if you wanted to but that's low enough for me, and of course you could go higher as well
