The lower jam nut and sleeve are the primary means of ride height adjustment and the spring perch/upper jam nut are the secondary means of height adjustment. Correct?
I don't have these coilovers, but that's how I would approach it. You'll want to consider bump travel as you're setting the ride height. If you set the sleeve too high (low on the damper body) and use the lower spring perch to get the height back down where you want it, you may reduce the available bump travel, or the amount of usable damper stroke at neutral ride height, too much and end up riding around on the bump stops. This will make your car very twitchy, as you'll easily overload your tires and cause them to skid. The bump stops act like non linear springs....increasing spring rate quickly with respect to deflection.

To check your available bump travel with the wheel off, use a jack to raise the knuckle from the underside until you've reached your desired ride height (I usually measure from the fender lip to the center of the hub, 13.25" is about a 1" drop). If the dust boot is in the way, you'll need to feel how much bump travel there is by reaching through the coil spring.

^Thanks for all your help. I'll probably PM some people that are running these to verify.
