how do i adjust 2.0 function & form coilovers

how do i adjust these coilovers i just got them i tried the 2 collars at the top and they wont even budge can someone please help me??

Most likely the bottom mount

The top collar adjusts, the bottom collar acts as a lock nut. You have to wrench the top one tighter, while you wrench the bottom one looser. Once the collars are apart, loosen the bottom collar further to allow room to adjust the top collar. Once the top collar is in postition, tighten the bottom collar up against it, wrench the top collar (loosen), and wrench bottom collar (tighten), to lock them together again.
