hey guys I was wondering, and need help. How do you install tein springs in the car? like intructions. Or should I take it to the shop? where would you recommend, i live in Anaheim, ca. thanks

i just did it a few weeks ago. Follow this DIY. Its actually very easy but is time consuming so give yourself a decent part of the day. Dont take it too a shop, because it takes a while their labor rates are going to make it an expensive job.
I rented a springs compressor from my local auto parts store for 50 bucks and then refunded me the cash when i returned it

if its your first time lowering ur car with springs just be very carefully using the spring compressor. make sure it sits probably on the spring as you dont want to have it slip off cuz it can be very dangerous
