Default Installed coils, uneven ride height?

Hey everyone, so I just installed some brand new Fortune Auto 500 coilovers. Everything went pretty smoothly, and I lowered the car back down and it seems that the drivers side front is about 4-5 mm's or so higher than the passenger front. I did make sure to check preload which were even, and I adjusted the coilovers height evenly before installing them. I have not gotten an alignment yet, maybe that would fix it? The difference isn't much at all but it still bothers me. Should it be completely even? One possibility could be that when installing the coilovers, the bottom mount had to be turned slightly to be able to be mounted on the lower control arm, because with the fortune auto's design, the bottom mount is one whole piece and turning it is how you adjust the ride height to my understanding.
I looked this issue up and some other people seem to have had the same thing happen. Since I set the preload and height of the coils off the car evenly, I'm not sure what else to do but get the alignment. Any ideas?

Was your ground level? You can adjust that 4mm by two full turns off the two locking nuts. The body will move accordingly

Yeah I'm pretty sure it was ground level, did it in my garage. Will recheck on a different surface. And by the two locking nuts, do you mean the spring perch? I thought the only way to adjust ride height was through turning the bottom mount which has to be taken off the car to adjust.

Make sure A and B are locked tight together. loosen C upwards to give some room. Put the wrench on A and turn the whole body until its the height you want. then tighten C again.

Measure the car height from level ground up to the jack points underneath

Awesome, thank you. I originally thought that turning A would change the spring preload. Is that not the case? I'm assuming that by locking A and B together, it locks in the preload and by turning A, the entire shock body moves? I read somewhere that it's supposed to work like that.

OP have you driven your car at all since the install? It could well be that the suspension just needs to settle and then you can adjust and get an alignment. If not you'll have to redo both again

You're aware most garages are not level, right? It would be incredibly rare to find ground that is actually "perfectly flat"

I know, but my house is built on a really flat surface, it's not like some that are on a hill. But yeah of course it'd be hard to get it completely flat. I will measure again somewhere else to double check.
