Unhappy Lower control arm removal bushing problem

I am replacing the front right side lower control arm. the caster bushing is shot. I am having trouble with the caster adjustment collar and bushing. he Bushing itself has connected to the collar and I can't get it off. I used PB blaster as well.

The top cam on the catser is loose, which is good. but I just can't get this collar out

I leave Wednesday for tail of the dragon and I am not happy :|
