Default Lowering my S

Hey guys, I purchased a used set of tein flex coilovers which I plan on using on my04. The previous owener was nice enough to clean them up before he sold em to me but I'm not sure how to set these for a one inch/two inch drop. Anyone have a manual? Also, I plan on using my car for street only. Thanks in advance...

Just turn the big nut under the spring to raise and lower the car. Put them on the car and measure your ride height, then make adjustments accordingly. just make sure you make the left and right sides the same. Its really very simple. If your really concerned about it take it to a shop and have it corner balanced. Don't forget to have an alignment after your done. good luck

Thanks for the response. I thought about that, but I was under the impression that the coilovers had a specific height setting for a one or two inch drop. I had to manually set my tein flex coilovers on my rsx, it was a pain in the butt.

All the manuals for tein coilovers are downloadable on the company's website, at least last time I checked for the rs coilovers I picked up

^ u r wrong sir its not the nut under the spring. there are two under the spring and that what u use to set ur spring rate now the nut above the bottom bracket is the one u loosen and screw ur whole coilover in or out to adjust the height. this is the advantage to all the new coilovers out is that u can adjust height without shortening the stroke of the damper.
