Default Lowering Spring Question

Sup everyone.. I was planning on lowering my car to give it a more aggressive look. I dont track the car at all ( NEXT YEAR I will ) and I heard that springs will mess up the handling.

1 - Is the handling going to be noticeable when I'm out cruising around?

2 - What is a good, inexpensive lowering kit that would best benefit me? ( I don't want any rubbing and would like a finger gap on each wheel)

I wouldn't say springs mess up handling, but the suspension geometry will be different. Just keep your tires and alignment in check. The car will feel different, not necessarily worse, toward the limit. Just cruising around, there's no major discernible difference except for the springs likely being stiffer over stock. For one finger gap, I'd check out the Eibach Prokit. I run them with 15mm rear spacers, more aggressive alignment over stock, and 225/245s. Handling is great and body roll is almost completely gone. My only complaint is that the rear springs are too stiff. Other than that, it's a great setup for me.
