Megan front strut x bar v. tien lowering springs
Megan front strut x bar v. tien lowering springs: will any of these 2 things listed help the stability or handling of the car? What would you recomend for a little help? I don't know anything really about whats going to help me the most so if anybody's got some input... Its a 2003 with 205/225

Neither will really help. But considering your driving style I bet you are going mod your car no matter what anyone tells you, so get the springs. That's the only thing you have listed that will change the handling, but not nessesarily make it better.

There's nothing wrong with your car, just the nut behind the wheel, as it is often said around here.
Why don't you get hooked up with an SCCA club (Sports Car Club of America) near you and attend some autocross events.
The best advice is don't change the car until you know what you want and what it takes to get there.

What is the long term "path" for your car? Auto-x, HPDE, weekend cruiser etc? Depending on what you want to do, pick out the mods. The "driver" mod suggested above will help more than anything else. Get comfortable and add mods accordingly based on your goals. Let us know how we can help!
