Default Megan racing or buddy club?

Hello all
As much as I love the handling and response of the stock set up, I believe it's time for an aftermarket suspension system.

MY04 is my dd in the summer months, and as of right now, not planning on tracking it.

That being said, I can't make my mind up on which suspension system to go with
1. Buddy Club N+ kit with pillow mount
2. Megan Racing kit with pillow mount

There both almost the exact same, even in price
Only difference is that Megan Racing also comes with adjustable camber plates...
Any opinions?

Thanks in advance

Dori

The Megan set does not come with camber plates, that is only for cars with struts.

They are essentially the same.

What led you to believe you need an aftermarket suspension system?

Oh ok, I must of misread that ...
And to answer your question nothing lol
In all honesty, my stock suspension is still brand new; my S only has 24k kilometers (14k miles)

I just want to lower the S for a more aggressive stance, and want to spend the money to do it right.

This way I can also preserve the stock suspension in situations such as re-sale value (if that day ever comes)

In your opinion, (I hear you're the expert) buddy club or Megan? Or something else??

To be honest, I'm not going to tell you what to get if you are just going to drop the car for looks. That's a personal decision that is usually made on price or pictures. If you want to talk about racing shocks, I'll do that all day. For what you want, it won't make much difference what you get. Just keep in mind the spring rate that each model comes with. The higher the rate, the lower you can drop the car without hitting the bump stops, but the worse the ride will be as a result of the quality, or lack thereof, of the damper.

Good luck.

If those are your two choices, stay stock.

I have Megan tracks, I have nothing bad to say about them since these are my first coilovers and I have nothing to compare it to.

This statement and your screen name caused me to chuckle.
