You should be fine at 58K unless the suspension has been worked pretty hard.
There is no "typical" time period as all roads are different.
A midwest driven suspension won't last anywhere near as long as one from Southern CA, for example.

My EP3 suspension lasted around 140k before it started leaking. I took off my AP2 stock suspension at 88k and it was still fine.
But it is true on the road conditions that it was driven on.

Our Socal roads aren't the best either. Come check out our 5 and 91 freeways. If you don't find the potholes and random uneven dips, you'll find couches or your choice of living room furniture on the road

I've travelled the US by road a lot. The worst roads I've seen are in NYC. Chicago is also pretty bad.
SoCal roads are fantastic in comparison with the rest of the country.
