Default Need help with spacers, fenders, alignment - ASAP!

I've been away from s2ki and anything car related for a quite few years and recently started looking at some parts for my S.
I tested fitted a brake setup I wanted today and it seems I need a 10mm spacer to run it. My wheels are 17x7.5 +48 with 215 tires and I'm US-spec alignment, lowered slightly on Tanabe springs. I need to make a decision on the brakes very soon, so need some answers to running spacers with my setup.

I need to know the following:

1. With my wheel/tire setup, will a simple fender roll allow enough clearance with a 10mm spacer?

2. If answer to #1 is no, will I need additional camber? If so, approximately how much? Or will just additional camber and no fender roll be enough?

3. I've looked at some 10mm spacers. Some come with new extended studs.
3A. Do the extended studs that come with the spacers press into the spacer itself? If so, where do the stock studs go? I don't think my wheels (BBS LM) have pockets for studs to fit into.
3B. Do the extended studs that come with the spacers replace the OEM studs (OEM pressed/hammered out and new ones pressed in)? If so, does the wheel bearing need to be replaced when hammering out the OEM studs?

4. Anyone recommend some good quality, but affordable/low cost 10mm spacers and extended studs?

Thanks very much.
