Default New 'new' guy

Hi everyone,

New s2000 owner, picked up an ap1 a month ago and couldnt be happier! Looking to get a few things done now and thought i'd start with some coilovers

Can spend about £700, mostly for the road but occasional track use too. Based on what ive read so far HSD monopros look like a good choice. Anyone had these and can rate them or recommend something better?

Cheers for the help! I'll introduce myself properly and get a few photos up soon

From what I've seen, BC Racing Coils are good for the street and maybe a bit weak on the track, don't know about the HSD's. You may want to look at some Bilstein Pss9's or get the PSS version with a revalve to be a bit better for track use.

Put the HSDs on yesterday and they're great. Ride feels pretty similar to stock but now have the option to go much harder when needed. Got them set pretty low and car scrapes a little but nothing serious.

Was an easy fit, had to take top wishbone off at the front to get them in but no problems there either.

Had the bbq out for the first time this year too so all in all a great day haha.

I got mine from driftworks uk, great team and very helpful over the phone. Will definatly use them again. I'll put some pictures up on my instagram @4diz

Hope that helps anyone else whos looking
