Default New wheels and rubbing issues

I have the 6ulrs 17x9 +63 with 255 rs3s all around. Ride height is 25.6 inches from the fender to the ground on Koni yellows with 550/435lb springs on stock swaybars on my 01. I'm experiencing rubbing on the inside part of the body and fender lip and a tad bit much of oversteer at our local track.

Is it right to assume that a stiffer front sway bar will help with both issues? I'm leaning towards eibach cause it's cheaper but will entertain the saner bar. I will most likely raise the height a tad to help with the rubbing.

I would go for more spring up front but those are the max the yellows can handle and I don't want to revalve the shocks.

Yes the sway bar will help. Don't waste your time with the Eibach, get the saner.
