is there anything wrong with getting a hallow bar like the tanabe? the tanabe bar is 30.4 mm in diameter. is there a difference between a 30.4mm solid bar and a 30.4mm hallow bar?

Another good cheap upgrade for the ap2 guys is to get an older ap1 front bar. It's 2mm thicker than the factory ap2 bar. I think it made an improvement on mine.

bringing this back from the dead. I keep looking at this thread to find the right sway bar and looking out for other too. there is a saner sway bar on ebay for $275 plus free shipping to continental US if anyone is interested. i dont know who is selling it.

i have saner front sway bar and i was wondering where can i buy the spacer plate and spacer endlink. also will i cause any damage if i didnt install the spacer plate. i installed the sway bar 3 weeks ago and the first 3 week fell great, the front was stiffen at coners but last week i dont feel the stiffen front at coners anymore could something be wrong?

Porsche effect. Now you need a whole new suspension. Obviously you get used to it.

Will any of these bars cause alignment changes ? My suspension is stock but I'd like to do something to stiffen it up without altering the suspension while I am still under warranty.

I doubt a swaybar would void your warranty....unless it ripped itself out of the subframe or broke a link or something like that.

I just don't want to have a alignment done if I change the bar. And I dont want to alter the springs or struts right now. Possibly down the road.
