The pics I've seen from the quick research I did look extremely similar to the PSS's but I'm not sure if H&R offers two different models.
Spring rate info I found them was 345 square but the also say that they're progressive springs?
Stock PSS spring rates from what I was told is F 340 R 285 so I doubt they were even revalved.

My second set of dampers were lowned to me by a very nice guy.
They were KW V3CS, they have the low speed damping that the SRC's lacked for me but didn't have the high speed control I was looking for. They ride a bit firmer than SRC's on smaller bumps but are much smoother on larger bumps so depending on who you talk to these might be a better street damper or better track damper.

so to me...they're a slight compromise for the street, but easily livable for me.

can anyone who is running pss9s give me an average lifespan expectancy please? looking at buying a really clean set with around 40k of mostly highway miles. im probably being too paranoid because im sure they will easily get at least another 40k miles with ease, but just thought i would ask. thanks

i've got Tein Monoflex and EDFC installed today.
i did it at tuners' workshop who is familiar with this sort of things and Tein/EDFC/S2000 in particular.
took them ~1.5 hours for the coilovers and ~3.5 hours for the EDFC
i used Tein recommended dimentions and it made the car drop ~2 cm.
looks really low - i hope it won't start scratch the bottom on every ocasion.....
as to the ride quality - on really rough road softest (16/16) setting feels not very far from stock.
10/10 is firmer but nowhere near bone braking.
however hitting big step/pothole on the road at high speed isn't big fun - it almost launched the car.
currently seems to me that 12/12 is the best ballance between wobling and potholes' sucking.
i did one short snakerun on 10/10 and confidence and speed are much higher.
i'm happy.
will let springs to settle for few days and will do allingment.
