Default Ohlins dfv install question

Hey guys, I am trying to get my dfvs installed but I don't know how to get the adjuster off to assemble them. Do you just screw it off? If so how do you make sure the shaft doesn't spin? Or do you just pull it off. Thanks everyone.

The gold cap needs to be screwed off by hand but when you do it make sure at first you turn it so the adjustment is on the stiffest setting (clockwise) then pull on it to disengage the adjustment screw while unscrewing it. It'll come off easily. you will then expose the 4mm allen key adjustor screw which needs to be held with an allen key WHILE you unscrew the M10 nut. Hope this made sense. I used an electric impact driver with mine on the low setting and it took it off easily without the need to hold the adjustor nut.
