Default Opinion on Bilstein PSS9 Coilovers

Hi everyone.... I'm prepping my car to go tracking and i'm finally shopping for some coilovers. There is a used Bilstein PSS9 Coilovers for sale on the forums that has 30K miles on it and the seller says it has never been tracked...

I feel like 30k miles is a lot (asking price of $1000. I think originally these go for $1800). Would this be a good buy?

Opinions please?

PSS9's are great for street but a little soft for the track. Consider KW's or more extreme if you get a track bug. You can buy PSS9's brand new, with warranty and free shipping for under $1100 right now from autopartswarehouse.com with a coupon. If you buy used you lose the lifetime warranty. Doesn't sound like a good deal to me.

That's a lot of miles on that used set. Depending on what type of roads they've seen, they could possibly need a rebuild soon.

Anyway you could enlighten us on where to find PSS9's for $1,100? Cheapest I could find currently is $1,349 from Shox.com.

Thanks

Autopartswarehouse.com

Coupon is something like apw2012, you can find them on google.

If it's not listed on their site they are probably sold out. Call em.

From what I see they do not carry bilstein anything for S2000's but they do for other vehicles.

Thx though
