Default Replacing only front rotors?

Is it bad to only replace the front rotors? Is it going to throw the braking off balance if I have aftermarket front rotors and oem rear rotors with oem pads all around?

If you resurface the rear rotors and they are within spec, then you should be able to use them. As long as you pick an "OEM replacement" rotor (i.e. Centric) for the front, the brake bias should remain the same.
