S2000 coilover question?
Hi everyone, I am new to this forums because I just bought my Ap1 three weeks ago. I was thinking to purchase a coilover for my ride but there are lot of choices in the market. My budget is around $1000 to 1500, and I am looking at Fortune 500-$1100, Apexi S1-$1550, Stance GR+-$1300, and BC BR type-$1000. I will be daily and track my AP1 3-4 times a year. I had heard a lot of good reviews on those but it hard to decide which one to go for. Any Good Suggestions on those coilovers?

no i do not have personal experience but from the reviews that I have read and the dyno charts that they have provided it seems safe to say that they provide a quality damper within its price bracket, the only coilovers that are quality made in that range are the bilsteins, H&Rs, and fortunes. I actually have the bilstein pss setup and they are not bouncy at all, but they are definitely more stiff than stock.

My suggestions would be:
If you want to stay within that budget: Koni Yellows with Swift springs and ground control sleeves
If you don't mind spending another 200-250: KW V3.

totally forgot about that setup, Konis are a great damper and will fit your budget! The KW V3s are also an excellent choice but you will have to buy them used to find em in your budget, new they go anywhere from 1800-2000$, if you dont plan on tracking the car it might be a little overkill for daily duties, but they are an extremely great shock.
