Default Saner front sway bar not (staying) centered.

The sway bar don’t seem to stay centered and shifts to the right side. As you see in the pictures, I can fit my fingers through the left side, but not the right side.

What could cause this? Inputs?

This is causing my right ohlins DFV fork mounts to get rubbed

May be running to low ride height ?
extended lower ball joints may help.
Check with oem bar for distortion,it may be bent.
use a shallow fixing ,or grind bolts down.
Fit Oem bar.
That bar looks very thick also in that area, compared with oem. That will not help !! looks to thick in the link fixing area,

Can you show us where the bar mounts to chassis?

The stock bar has shoulder rings that keep it centered on these mounts. It can't shift on its mounts.

Adjust the collars. My Saner came with split collars to act as retention rings. I had to center the bar myself, then tighten the collars to lock the bar in place.

You can also use hose clamps on either side of the bar bracket to keep the bar from walking.

Mine also came with split lock rings for this. Is yours an actual Saner bar or the Moddiction saner copy? In either case though you may be able to get just the lock rings from Moddiction, or you could just use other types of clamps. I normally am not a huge fan of hose clamps because they can chew up the edges of the bushings. The thicker lock rings do not have sharp edges that can rest against the bushing.
