Default SPC ball joint or J's racing camber joints or BOTH

when lowering the car. is it necessary to get both or just 1 or the other. I understand the SPC goes on the top joint while the J's goes on the lower joint. SPC pulling the top in to increase negative camber, while the J's pushings the bottom out to increase negative camber. i guess what I want to know is, do I need both to get -3 degree camber, 7 degree caster. up front with 255/45/17 on 17x9 60+ rims without rubbing and without fender roll.

You should be able to do that with the J's S2 alone
