Default spoon yellow shocks?

just wondering if anyone out there is using the spoon yellow shocks? i tried searching but doesn't seem like anyone on here is using them... i looked on a few web site and they are going for around $1000, is it worth it? i don't really want to get coilovers as i don't track my car much. and i think only spoon and koni makes shocks for S2000??

I am sure that they are very good for what they are, but they offer zero adjustability. Personally I would save up the extra 600-800 and buy the complete spoon coilover.

i have them their really great with the spoon springs . how ever some times with the roads in Edmonton being so destroyed after the winter , they can be kind of bumpy in some areas . so this year i am going to try the tein comfort sport with the edfc in the hopes that i can just keep them on a softer setting around town . i will have to see how it goes .

Hello dampachi06, also would be interested, about your shocks. How much time has you used them? Do you still has them?

Why would you want something other than OEM or Koni for predominantly street driving? Until you set a performance goal, it's hard to recommend or comment on the appropriate shocks.

I'm coming up on 45K on my strictly street MY04 and have been on the lookout for a guy dumping his low milage OEM shocks for coilovers.

I'll keep you in mind when I get my coils in the Fall. I have CR Dampers with 14K miles on them.
