Default Spring advice

i have an 05 s2000 i got it about 1 year ago whoever had it before put neuspeed springs on it and heated and bent those springs to lower it further and now the car is riding on the stops and is VERY harsh with bumps of any size i feel it all so i need to get new springs that actually do something and i drive like i am on a track all the time when traffic permits and its not raining so i need something that will give me great grip and after riding with springs doing nothing anything will be better so if they grip well and supposedly make it rough i dont mind LOL has to be better than what i have now. i went to a shop recently and they recommended eibach prokit springs and i know they are a decent brand and dont cost that much and they have a kit that has sway bars that i could also get that include the same springs is that a decent choice or what else would you guys recommend thanks for your time and help really appreciate it

and how about shocks and coilovers what would you guys recommend

If your just replacing springs, go with tein s-tech or just get OEM. Tein will give you about an 1" of drop. Its not too agressive, and give your suspension room to work. Now, if your going for the "slammed" look, I have no idea.

Search is your best friend if you use it to it's maximum effect without entering too long of question or topic or whatever without punuation or capitals or whatever but can be useless if you do cause no one has the patience or the time to read through long run on sentences with no subject or point being made and they finally give up and go to another thread best cause they have no idea where you going or will get to the end to make a point of what you really wanted to know in the first place so thats what i'd do if I were you buts that's just me so don't take offence ok?
