recently i changed my front brake pads. i kinda noticed now that when i raise the car and try to turn the wheel, it doesnt move freely. it has a slight drag, but i can turn it with little to no effort. so is this sign that my calipers might be going out? thanks

 

Well mine went out which created a violent vibration throughout the vehicle on an intermittent basis.just get it checked out at honda dont guess its a safety issue.
