I'm on Swift springs and Spoon fixed heights. The compression and rebound for street/spirited is hands-down the best out there. I've only had them with Swift sway bars installed, so when I talk about clean, aggressive cornering, I can safely say my setup feels better than new Carreras (the funnest* factory car i've been in)

I know 12k/12k for trackdays....daily-driven...i'm done with that on the street. This is the closest I've driven to perfection for public twisties and would recommend to everyone who asks ^^

Hey I know this thread is old but was it swift spec r springs and yellow fixed spoon shocks that you're talking about? I'm about to get the spoon fixed shocks with the spoon Springs. I also have the spec r springs. But if you say the swift spec r springs with the spoon shocks are better then I'll install those instead. Please let me know.

Koni yellow dampers would be a much cheaper choice for roughly the same performance.
