Default Swift tech spring question

as you can see, front is sitting much higher.

is this normal for Swift spring?

could there be anything else wrong

I noticed it when I first bought the car, and I really hate how it sits..

I'm about to take off my wheel and confirm it.

where about does it say front/rear? middle of spring?

I just hope it would be visible w/o taking suspension apart.

Swift springs do advertise the drop is 1" for the rear and .75"
for the front.
