Great write up. I just have one question. Do I have to turn the damper setting to 1 before install the motor?
Thanks.
Thanks.

the manual didn't say anything about it, so i don't think you need to. we just left it as is. i think once you replace the black hex screw with the gold one, the edfc will take care of it. does anyone else know?
and this post is great...i just installed the edfc...it took me 2 hours to wire everything properly and hide all the wires! and the thing is...i didnt even install my coilovers yet!
saved myself...$150 letting the shop do it!
thanks, i appreciate it!
uhh i just got min installed left and below of steering wheel...but I'll be changing that I'm sure.....dual? U could remove the stereo and put them in there....if u feel like puttin in a custom DVD player or your a true weight nazi....more realistically.....I'm gonna do some thinking im AP2 as well... I'm usually good with interior.

Hi, first of all, merry christmas and 2nd great write up on the install of the EDFC and wiring, I just it myself
I only have a question, when I install the motor on the shock as it is indicated by the manual itself, when I finish the last 2 full revolutions, then screw the motor, when I want to try to screw it counterclockwise it wont go, so I screw it about 1.5 clockwise, the motor wobles again, so I screw the motor and then it becomes all tight. When you do the 1 turn clock and counterclockwise, does it go full? Does it go more then 1? And also when you installed the motor, did it go all the way in?
Hope I'm explaining it as good as possible.
Thx in advance,
Ricardo de Freitas
