it's going to be tons of variable, such as preload, ride height, street condition, type of track, street tires vs track rubber.

mine are zero preload, ~2.7mm drop.
on street 10-11
on track 6-8.
depends on mood and road/track.

one thing i've found on street is that setting different shock settings on front and rears makes it very twitchy on rough road bumps/dips - so i keep same settings for front and rear.
only at auto-x i set 13/10 f/r.

btw - my Monoflex is US version with 12/10 f/r springs (EU & JDMs are 10/10).

I adjusted my coilovers with the same measurements TEIN recommends. This involved some preloading the springs. At first I started with 12/12 damping but found the car extremely bouncy. Then I tried setting the damping to a harder setting with 10/10 and found the car more confortable and less bouncy. Next Im going to unmount everything and try getting rid of all the preload in the spring, height of the car will be done by only adjusting on the bottom of the shock to see if it will be less bouncy without having to set the damping so hard to avoid this. i've called Tein USA and said to me that zero preloading is recomended.
10/10 damping is recommended in theor Monoflex installation manual.

I also called them and they're confirmed no preload. The instructions werent very clear since the measurements they give can be achieved with or without preloding. Once it's installed is much easier to adjust height with preloading. Guess that's were I went wrong.

had them installed only for a few days now so i havent fiddled with it much but it seems like 8/8 is best for bumpy streets and 10/10 for smoother streets. adjustmnets below 8/8 dont really do much anyway. im guessing 12/12 is a good starting point at the track and you can tune to your likeness from there

this is strange - it should go softer for higher numbers.
