Tein measures from right to left. Counter clockwise. 1 click being the hardest and 16 clicks being softest.

so it should go like this:

had them installed only for a few days now so i havent fiddled with it much but it seems like 8/8 is best for bumpy streets and 6/6 for smoother streets. adjustmnets above 8/8 dont really do much anyway. im guessing 4/4 is a good starting point at the track and you can tune to your likeness from there

Well i got mine for 3 years now, just took them back from Tein U.K from a full rehowling/service after 60.000kms.

16/16 is the softest compr/rebound setting, i ususally run them with 16f/16r for every day driving and play between 2f/4r and 4f/4r when in twisties.

Tein suggests 12/12 for all around use but found it a bit unstable at the back and too much body roll in tight turns. Rear end snaps too quick and sudden.

Just my 2 cents

if you soften the rears by 2 clicks the sudden oversteer on exit goes away. also lowering the rear a tad more than the front neutralizes a bit of that oversteer
