Default Tires rubbing on slammed ap1

I recently lowered my ap1 more i can't stand a big gap between my front bumper and the ground. The smaller that gap is the happier I am, I'm on form & function type 2 coilovers and I went pretty low. The back is fine but my front tires are rubbing against the arched frame, I have ap1 wheels with 205/55/16 up front, I'm not sure about my alignment settings but I'm not cambered crazy or anything. I was wondering if anyone has ran into this when lowering there s that much? Or has any suggestions. I was thinking I might need spacers up front to clear the arch, any insight? Here's a pic fr reference Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

Thanks!

you either need spacers or different wheels, or reduce negative camber but i wouldnt do that. im on 17x9 255 in front pretty low and it never touches the inside, just the fender a tiny biy

Here's an idea, raise the car up so it doesn't rub?

You could try running front tires with lower profiles. A 50 series would give you ~.25 in more clearance, a 45 series would give you about .5 in. This would also lower the front of your car by the same amount....

Like others said - get some spacers or some lower offset wheels. We've seen this on many customer track cars.

I've raised it up since the day I saw the rubbing, as you may tell the rings on the coils are loose, I was In the process I raising it any ideas on how big of spacers would be ideal to clear?
